Multidirectional forklifts, also known by many as four-way forklifts, form the core of the DIMOS product portfolio. These multidirectional sideloaders are mainly used where long and heavy goods need to be transported. Furthermore, the electric multidirectional sideloader is also ideal for solving complex handling challenges. DIMOS multidirectional sideloaders have been in use internationally since 1993 - both in the standard version and according to customer-specific requirements with different lift mast variants, attachments and chassis and frame designs.
DIMOS and therefore our multidirectional forklifts are characterized in particular by their flexibility in implementing customer requirements. The long service life is also impressive - some of the company's trucks have been in operation since the company was founded in 1993!

Expansion of storage capacity
Electric multidirectional sideloaders are often used for transporting long goods and in so-called mixed warehouses.
Thanks to the load pick-up of long goods in the longitudinal direction, electric multidirectional sideloaders can be built with a very narrow vehicle width. With sideloaders, rack spacing can therefore be planned and assembled much closer together and the storage area can be used to the maximum. As a rule, a multidirectional sideloader has a much greater residual load capacity, which means that the infrastructure can also be used to the maximum in terms of height.
Maneuverable even in the tightest of spaces
Another advantage of this truck type is the multi-directional steering. When switching to different driving modes such as circular, transverse, longitudinal or diagonal travel, this ensures a smooth change of direction without stopping.
For optimum adaptability to the conditions, the direction of travel can be changed by pressing the direction of travel switch or via the multifunction display. Depending on the required driving maneuver, the multi-directional steering offers the operator a high level of comfort for safe load handling.

The mast extension of a sideloader is one of the most stressed areas of the machine. All working movements and therefore force systems act in this area. Thanks to our mechanical synchronous operation, we guarantee sensitive and powerful working impulses with high durability, as well as low-wear and low-maintenance use. Thanks to the mechanical synchronized operation, there is no jamming or overloading of the guide rails when pulling or pushing the fabric.
Load classes from 1,500 kg to 30,000 kg
DIMOS lifting frames are manufactured 100% in-house in order to be able to respond even better and more flexibly to customer requirements.
The lifting frames are produced both in series and as individual items. This mix provides the perfect balance of expertise and cost efficiency for our users. In this way, we ensure reliable long-term support and supply. In addition to the most common mast systems such as the simplex, duplex and triplex mast, we also offer our customers special masts.
DIMOS fork carriers and attachments are easily adapted to the needs of our users using our modular design system. In addition to the standard dimensions and load capacities, there are always special solutions that meet the complex handling requirements of our customers.
Work and safety lighting
These can be fitted to the vehicle individually or all together.
Work and safety lighting is very important, especially in poorly lit halls or outdoor areas, in order to illuminate the working environment optimally or to prevent goods and vehicles from being damaged due to poor visibility and to be seen on busy sites.
DIMOS offers various protection systems to ensure the greatest possible safety for vehicles and users. These include, for example, a personal protection system, RFID aisle protection and various camera systems.
