A major strength of DIMOS is our load-accompanying cabins - we are still the technological market leader in this area of application. Our innovative solutions, such as the initial lift with a wide range of variants, are decisive. We offer lifting heights of up to 16 m in our product portfolio. It is not uncommon for our customers to choose a system with a load-accompanying cabin from 8 m, as this ensures an optimum view during the storage and retrieval process as well as safe handling of goods at high lifting heights.

With initial stroke
Every forklift truck has a dimensional chain controlled by dependencies. This dimensional chain can have a significant impact on ergonomics and safety, especially at high lift heights. For example, a high lift height results in a high overall height of the lift mast.
This poses a major problem when positioning the load-accompanying cabin on the mast. As a result, you now have to decide whether you want a low, comfortable entrance to the machine or a good view of the forks.
Without initial lift
Of course, we also offer lifting systems without initial lift, in which case the cabin is attached directly to the inner mast of the lifting system.
This variant is often used for less powerful application profiles and lower lifting heights.

Mechanical synchronous operation for sensitive and powerful pushing and pulling without slipping.
The mast extension of a sideloader is one of the most stressed areas of the machine. All working movements and therefore force systems act in this area. Thanks to our mechanical synchronous operation, we guarantee sensitive and powerful working impulses with high durability, as well as low-wear and low-maintenance use. Thanks to the mechanical synchronized operation, there is no jamming or overloading of the guide rails when pulling or pushing the fabric.
Load classes from 1,500 kg to 30,000 kg.
DIMOS lifting frames are manufactured 100% in-house in order to be able to respond even better and more flexibly to customer requirements. The lifting frames are produced both in series and as individual items. This mix provides the perfect balance of expertise and cost efficiency for our users. In this way, we ensure reliable long-term support and supply. In addition to the most common mast systems such as the simplex, duplex and triplex mast, we also offer our customers special masts.
DIMOS fork carriers and attachments are easily adapted to the needs of our users using our modular design system. In addition to the standard dimensions and load capacities, there are always special solutions that meet the complex handling requirements of our customers.

Work and safety lighting is very important, especially in poorly lit halls or outdoor areas, in order to optimally illuminate the working environment or to avoid damaging goods and vehicles due to poor visibility and to be seen on busy sites.
DIMOS offers various protection systems to ensure the greatest possible safety for vehicles and users. These include, for example, a personal protection system, RFID aisle protection and various camera systems.
