The CHARGER compact forklift truck combines compact design with a high degree of flexibility: when space is limited, our compact forklift truck is the ideal alternative to heavy-duty forklifts, which are ruled out due to their significantly larger dimensions. The vehicles in the CHARGER family offer maximum space savings thanks to excellent maneuverability and individual wheel steering. Robust lift masts transport heavy loads safely with a clear view from the driver's cab. Thanks to the electric drive, users benefit from energy-efficient, low-maintenance and quiet operation.
The compact forklift comes into play as a space-saving powerhouse when heavy loads such as coils, paper rolls, converters or tools need to be transported safely and flexibly in confined spaces - whether indoors or outdoors.
Single-wheel steering for a reduced turning circle and maximum space savings
In tight warehouses, agile, compact and fast maneuvering forklifts are required for handling long and heavy goods. This is a considerable advantage in terms of space and cost savings. In addition to its compactness, the optionally available patented individual wheel steering of our CHARGERS also helps to save space. This significantly reduces the turning circle, which results in an additional 50 percent space saving compared to standard steering. In this case, the pivot point of the vehicle is ideally located in the middle of the drive axle.

Features
The lift mast must first of all meet two important requirements. Firstly, it must be able to pick up heavy loads and carry them stably and safely. At the same time, it must not restrict the driver's view under any circumstances. The lift masts from DIMOS - developed, designed and produced in-house - meet both of these requirements.
This allows DIMOS to respond even more flexibly to the wishes and requirements of its customers. This makes it possible to tailor the masts perfectly to the customer and their applications.
For optimum flexibility, DIMOS offers the mast in different versions. Starting with a 2-stage simplex mast (standard version) with maximum visibility of the load, through a 2-stage mast with full free lift (duplex) to a 3-stage mast with full free lift (triplex) for low mast heights.
All models can be tilted from -5 degrees to +5 degrees as standard.
The panoramic driver's cab meets all the requirements to offer the driver comfort and at the same time ensure the safe transportation of goods in the surrounding area.
The large windows offer ideal all-round visibility and the cab itself is spacious. The hydraulic functions are easy to operate via the ergonomically arranged multifunction joystick. The intuitive, latest-generation multifunction display gives the driver an overview of all important information and functions. Non-slip steps allow easy and safe access. There is a choice of controlling the Charger via a classic steering column or via integrated controls in the seat.
Drivers often use the CHARGER to transport heavy and, above all, bulky loads. To increase safety for everyone involved, acoustic and visual signals warn personnel in the vicinity of the vehicle and increase the required safety distance.
The drive is purely electric in the standard program. Compared to an electric-hydrostatic drive concept, the efficiency is 30 % more effective.
In addition to energy consumption, service costs are also reduced as maintenance-intensive components are no longer required.
The CHARGER is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This makes it particularly flexible. The EL drum, which is usually used for outdoor applications, offers good adaptation to any uneven ground conditions. This drum is often used as standard. Extremely high load-bearing capacities and compact dimensions can be achieved with PU drums.
When servicing is required, the manually foldable driver's cab and well thought-out arrangement of all components is a major advantage. DIMOS thus increases ease of maintenance and reduces downtimes to a minimum.
